The most luxurious car of our time?

The Range Rover brand over the past few years evolved, going from a convoy of diesel-guzzling monsters, to being more environmentally-focused. With this ethos carried out across the fleet, the new version of the SUV Autobiography has now dropped, celebrated for its new features and look. From its completely revised cabin to fresh exterior detailing, is this the Range Rover to top all Range Rovers?
Unveiled at the Los Angeles Motor Show, the petrol hybrid stole the show, coming with a 2.0-litre P400e PHEV engine producing 404HP. When working from the battery, the Range Rover can be fully powered for 31 miles, giving off zero omissions when doing so.
But, what new features have Land Rover added? One of the biggest upgrades is the Executive Class rear seats offering up to 1.2metres of legroom. Made with deep foam and new comfort interlayers, comfort plays a prominent role in this new release.
Chief Design Officer Gerry McGovern said: “The Range Rover SV Autobiography is the epitome of luxury, comfort and refinement. Our standard-bearer for quality and precision exemplifies the attention to detail and sophistication that has been a hallmark of our most luxurious SUV stretching back almost 50 years.” John Edwards, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover Special said: “The SVAutobiography badge identifies our most luxurious vehicles in the same way the SVR and SVX monikers denote our most potent and capable derivatives.
The arrival of the enhanced Range Rover SV Autobiography further strengthens the peerless luxury pillar of the SV family.”
