The new technology is set to include a 4G hotspot that will connect to 10 different devices at once. Each device could connect to the car from as far as 50 feet away. Exciting eh? This means your passengers will be able to play, swipe and watch each and every day they travel in the snazzy motor.

Meanwhile the ‘Safe and Smart’ package will give bags of safety. It enables cruise control, blind spot warnings, rain-sensing wipers, cross traffic alert and automatic high beam assist. All of this will give drivers a more pleasurable experience while driving the Explorer.
Numerous new coloured wheel options are now being made available too. Ford have introduced these for owners to add their own unique personality to their vehicle.
The current model has a price tag of 31,660 USD. However, the 2018 edition is expected to have a huge climb on that sum. Although, this will depend on which optional packages the prospective owner ads.
Even though there hasn’t been a set date released, the brand new Explorer is predicted be available to US dealerships in Autumn 2018. If production goes quicker than expected it may even be available from the end of 2017. Let’s hope it arrives in the UK pretty soon as well!
